2. What this notice covers

This notice covers the website at drugscreenpro.com and what you send us by phone or email. It does not cover testing records or test results: see section 8.

3. What the website collects

The website has no forms and does not ask you for information. If you call or email us, we receive what you tell us or write to us: usually your name, your company, your phone number or email address, and the service you are asking about.

Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider may record the address your request came from, the pages requested, the time, and your browser type, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these records to identify you.

No cookies, no trackers. The website sets no cookies and loads no analytics or advertising scripts. If we add analytics later, this notice will say so first.

4. Why we use it

We use the information you send us to respond to you and to arrange the service you asked about. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it for advertising.

5. Who we share it with

• Our email provider, which delivers and stores the email you send us.
• Our hosting provider, which runs the website.
• Testing partners (collection sites, laboratories, Medical Review Officers and mobile collectors), only to deliver a service you asked for, and only the information that service needs.
• Authorities, when the law requires it.

We do not share your information with anyone else.

6. How long we keep it

The website itself stores nothing you send us. We keep your emails and messages as part of our business records for as long as we need them to answer you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

7. Children

The website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

8. Testing records and results

Testing records and test results are not collected, stored or shown through this website. Results of DOT drug and alcohol tests are confidential under 49 CFR Part 40, Subpart P (49 CFR § 40.321). Results of non-DOT tests are confidential under the law that applies to them.

9. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection and stores nothing you send us. No system is perfectly secure.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to some uses of it. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 12.

11. Changes to this notice

When we change this notice we post the new version here with a new date.
